Referral Program Terms

These Referral Program Terms ("Program Terms") govern participation in the Duneside referral program (the "Program") operated by Duneside in connection with useduneside.com and the Duneside application at app.useduneside.com (together, the "Platform").

By applying to the Program, creating an affiliate account, or sharing a Duneside referral link, you agree to these Program Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not participate.

The Program is administered using Revshare (revshare.so), which provides affiliate accounts, referral links, click tracking, cookie storage, conversion reporting, and payout tooling. Duneside reports qualifying paid transactions from the Platform to Revshare. Payouts, tax forms, and affiliate dashboard access are handled through Revshare according to Revshare's own terms and your affiliate account settings.

Duneside remains the merchant of record for Duneside subscriptions. Revshare is not a party to the customer subscription between Duneside and a referred user.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. The Program is intended for individuals and businesses that can lawfully promote software to paid media and marketing agencies.

Affiliate applications are approved instantly under current Program settings. Instant approval does not waive Duneside's right to review, suspend, or remove participants for breach of these Program Terms, fraud, or brand risk. Duneside may refuse or terminate participation at any time.

You must promote Duneside using the unique links or codes issued for the Program (including ?via=, ?ref=, Revshare redirect links, and click IDs such as rs_cid). Duneside places a tracking script on useduneside.com that stores referral data in cookies scoped to .useduneside.com so attribution can persist from the marketing site to app.useduneside.com.

• Cookie duration is 30 days from the last qualifying referral click.
• Attribution is last-click: a later valid referral click overwrites an earlier affiliate for that visitor.
• If a visitor returns without a new referral parameter, the existing cookie is preserved until it expires.
• Click IDs may be passed into checkout so a sale can be matched when cookies are unavailable.

You are responsible for using your own links correctly. Duneside is not required to pay commission on traffic that cannot be attributed through the Program's tracking.

Unless Duneside publishes a different rate for your account, commission is 30% of each qualifying paid amount received from a referred customer, for 12 months beginning on that customer's first qualifying payment.

A payment is qualifying only if all of the following are true:

• The customer was attributed to you under the tracking rules in Section 4.
• The customer completed a successful paid subscription transaction for Duneside (processed through Duneside's payment provider).
• The amount is not later refunded, charged back, reversed, or unpaid.
• The transaction is not a self-referral, duplicate account, or otherwise excluded under Section 7.

Commission is calculated on the paid subscription amount reported to Revshare, excluding taxes, payment-processor fees Duneside does not treat as revenue, and non-qualifying add-ons Duneside may designate. Recurring commission uses the same referred customer identifier so renewals can be distinguished from first purchases.

Commission is not salary, wages, or an employment relationship. Nothing in the Program makes you an employee, partner, or agent of Duneside.

Payout timing, minimums, currency, and payment methods are those shown in your Revshare affiliate dashboard. Duneside reports qualifying sales to Revshare; Revshare pays you. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any taxes on commissions you receive.

Duneside or Revshare may delay, withhold, or reverse commission for suspected fraud, refunds, chargebacks, tracking errors, or breach of these Program Terms.

You may not:

• Refer yourself, your employer, or entities you control, or open accounts for the purpose of earning your own commission.
• Use cookie stuffing, hidden iframes, forced clicks, malware, or any method that sets a referral cookie without a genuine, informed click.
• Bid on Duneside brand terms or confusing misspellings in paid search, or impersonate Duneside in ads, domains, or social profiles.
• Send unsolicited bulk email or otherwise violate anti-spam or advertising laws.
• Misrepresent Duneside pricing, features, security, or integrations, or promise discounts Duneside has not authorized.
• Interfere with another affiliate's links or last-click attribution through deceptive means.

Duneside may cancel unpaid commission, close your Program access, and seek recovery of amounts already paid if you violate this section.

You may use Duneside's public product name and publicly available marketing copy to describe the Platform accurately. You do not receive a license to Duneside trademarks beyond that limited promotional use. You must not present yourself as Duneside staff or as an official partner unless we have agreed in writing.

Duneside may change commission rates, cookie length, eligibility, or these Program Terms, or suspend or end the Program, with notice on useduneside.com or through Revshare. Continued participation after a change is acceptance of the updated terms. Changes do not require Duneside to pay commission on traffic that does not meet the rules in effect at the time of the qualifying payment.

You may stop participating at any time by ceasing to promote Duneside and, if available, closing your Revshare affiliate account for the Program. Sections that by their nature should survive (including commission adjustments, prohibited conduct, and limitation of liability) remain in effect.

The Program is provided as-is. Tracking depends on browsers, cookies, device settings, and third-party services. Duneside does not guarantee a specific number of referrals, clicks, or payouts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duneside is not liable for lost commissions caused by ad blockers, cookie restrictions, network errors, or Revshare downtime.
