1. Introduction
Duneside ("we", "our", or "us") provides client reporting and analytics tools for digital marketing and advertising agencies. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, safeguard, and use information when you visit our website, contact us, or connect third-party advertising and analytics platforms to our application.
Duneside is a read-only analytics and reporting platform. We access advertising performance and analytics data solely to generate reports and consolidated insights. We do not sell advertising inventory, generate clicks, create artificial traffic, resell advertising accounts, or operate any form of arbitrage business.
2. Information We Collect
Account and Contact Information
When you contact support or submit product enquiries, we may collect:
- Your full name and work email address
- Your agency or company name
- Details you choose to include in your message
Connected Advertising Account Data
When you voluntarily connect third-party platforms via secure OAuth, our application accesses read-only performance and analytics data. For advertising platforms, this includes:
- Google Ads: Campaign-level performance metrics, account-level statistics, and metrics such as cost, clicks, impressions, conversions, CTR, CPC, and ROAS, including historical data for user-selected reporting periods. See our Google Ads Account Handling page for full details.
- Meta Ads: Campaign-level insights including spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and historical performance for user-selected reporting periods. See our Meta Ads Account Handling page for full details.
We may also access, when connected by you:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Website events, sessions, users, conversions, traffic acquisition sources, and page-level engagement metrics, including historical data for user-selected reporting periods. See our GA4 Account Handling page for full details.
- Google Search Console: Organic search clicks, impressions, queries, page performance, average position, and indexing visibility data for user-selected reporting periods. See our Search Console Account Handling page for full details.
We do not download, store, or sell your platform login credentials. Authentication is handled exclusively through official OAuth flows provided by each platform.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information strictly to:
- Provide product support and respond to enquiries.
- Deliver advertising performance reports and consolidated reporting across multiple marketing channels.
- Display analytics dashboards and exportable client reports within the Duneside platform.
- Communicate product updates and service-related notices.
We do not use your advertising account data to:
- Create, modify, or manage advertising campaigns, bids, budgets, or creatives.
- Sell, lease, or monetize your data to third-party ad brokers or data resellers.
- Generate artificial traffic, clicks, or conversions.
4. What We Do Not Do
Duneside explicitly does not engage in the following activities:
- Selling advertising inventory or media placements
- Generating clicks or artificial traffic on behalf of users
- Reselling Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other advertising accounts
- Operating click arbitrage, traffic arbitrage, or similar business models
- Performing campaign management actions through third-party advertising APIs
5. User Authority and Control
You retain full authority over your advertising accounts at all times. Connecting an account to Duneside is voluntary and may be revoked at any time. You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful permission to access and share data from any account you connect.
You may disconnect or remove connected accounts at any time from Clients → [Client name] → Integrations on the Duneside platform. When you disconnect, Duneside stops retrieving new data for that connection, removes the stored integration, and deletes synced performance data associated with that integration. You may also follow the full procedures on our Google Ads Account Handling, Meta Ads Account Handling, GA4 Account Handling, and Search Console Account Handling pages, or contact support@useduneside.com to request confirmation of removal.
6. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or advertising performance data. We may share limited information with:
- Infrastructure and hosting providers necessary to operate the platform securely.
- Official platform APIs (Google, Meta) solely to retrieve data you have authorized.
All subprocessors are used only to deliver the analytics and reporting services described in this policy.
7. Security and Storage
We employ modern cloud infrastructure, access controls, and TLS encryption for data in transit. While we implement industry-standard safeguards, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
Advertising data retrieved via API is retained only while your integration remains connected and as needed to provide reporting for your selected date ranges. When you disconnect in Duneside, or when platform authorization is revoked and our systems are notified, we delete the associated integration and stored performance data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal retention obligations.
8. User Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request:
- Access to personal information we hold about you.
- Correction or update of your account or contact details.
- Export of your personal data stored in our systems.
- Disconnection or removal of linked advertising accounts from Clients → [Client name] → Integrations, and deletion of associated performance data.
- Withdrawal of consent for future data processing.
To exercise these rights, email support@useduneside.com.
9. Integrations and Platform Compliance
Our application integrates with APIs maintained by Google and Meta Platforms. We comply with applicable developer policies, including the Google Ads API Terms of Service and Meta Platform Terms.
